ENGLAND OR DENMARK TO FACE ITALY IN THE GRAND FINALE OF EURO 2020

England and Denmark will play the second semi-final match at the ongoing Euro 2020 at the Wembley Stadium in London on Wednesday, July 7.

The Three Lions of England’s team is really in high morale for their 4-0 win over Ukraine national team in one of the quarter-final matches in the Euro 2020 tournament. This is the first time they had scored four goals in the quarterfinals of a major competition since the 1966 FIFA World Cup Final. The three Lions of England team members have not yet conceded a goal in the competition so far.

WHAT THE MANAGERS OF THE TWO NATIONAL TEAMS SAID

The England manager Gareth Southgate tells UEFA: “We have the correct opportunity. This chance to make history as we had never reached the European Championship grand finale before. The team is not under pressure; this is another challenge we need to take on, and they are rising to these challenges. We get two games with Denmark for autumn.

I know that they are a good team and they had proved it in this tournament. This shall be a fantastic game to be part of.”

Kasper Hjulmand, Denmark coach: “It seems we are playing an away game, but that one also has its own beauty, so actually we are looking forward to that.

We are happy that people will be in the stadium as football fans had returned to the stadium, although obviously we like fans inside the stadium wear Danish colours. Our motivation is to silence the home fans, but we know it will be difficult.”

The winner of this match will face either Italy at the  Wembley Stadium on Sunday, July 11
